French soft caramels with real butter and a chestnut center. Soft caramel made with fresh milk, stuffed with a confectionery chestnut filling. The chestnut cream in this recipe comes from the house of Cholvy Artige, a well-known manufacturer out of Ardeche Privas. Traditionally cooked in a copper cooker, then cooled slowly and packaged in a completely recyclable and compostable film.
