Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CandiesWholesaler website and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. We are a wholesale and bulk candy supplier serving retailers, grocers, convenience stores, hospitality, schools, theaters, vending operators, event planners, and distributors across the United States and Canada, with pricing in USD.

Pricing and quotes

Catalog prices are shown in USD. Approved wholesale accounts see wholesale pricing across the catalog. Case, pallet, custom, and seasonal programs are quoted per order. Prices and availability can change, and any pricing, case configurations, minimums, and freight for an order are confirmed by us before the order is finalized.

Orders

A 3 kg minimum order applies to every order. When you submit an order it is treated as a request: we review it and confirm pricing, availability, and payment with you before we fulfill it. We may decline or adjust an order where a line is unavailable or a quantity or minimum cannot be met.

Payment

Orders are paid by the method confirmed with you, or on Net-30 terms for approved wholesale accounts. Net-30 eligibility is set per account after your wholesale application is approved.

Shipping

We ship across the United States and Canada. Freight is quoted per order based on the lines, quantities, and destination rather than a blanket rate. Case configurations and minimum order quantities vary by line and are listed on each product page where they are known. See our Shipping page for details.

Product information

We describe every product with its real attributes only and do not invent details a maker has not published. Where information such as allergens, dietary suitability, country of origin, or storage handling matters, it is shown on the individual product page. Country-of-origin documentation is available on request for imported lines.

Returns

Because candy is a perishable food product, returns are handled as described on our Returns & Refunds page.

The content of this site, including text, product descriptions, and images, is the property of CandiesWholesaler or its respective owners and may not be reused without permission. Brand names and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply.
