Mandorlato is Italian for filled with almonds. It’s a sweet that originated in magical Venice. The traditional nougat bar was made from honey, sugar, and egg whites whipped to a meringue, then mixed with almonds. We start with those same original ingredients and pair them with other nuts and dried fruits like cranberries, strawberries and orange, which gives us a rich, original and unique product family.
