These classic Italian confetti have a peeled almond at the center, coated in a thin white sugar shell. In Italy this style is known as Sposa Novella Bianchi. The delicate shell gives way to a crisp bite, then the rich, nutty flavor of the whole almond. The recipe is gluten free.
