Baci Milk Chocolate W/ Whole Hazelnut. At first glance it looks like the Baci you already know, with the same light blue wrapper and signature stars. Unwrap it and the taste is something new. A smooth layer of milk chocolate covers the traditional gianduia and chopped hazelnut filling, and a crunchy whole hazelnut sits on top. The little Love Note is still folded inside the wrapper, same as always, and it makes Baci Milk a bit sweeter.
