Italian Roasted Almond & Chocolate Strawberry Confetti (Snob Fragola) . A sugared almond with strawberry flavor, covered with a thin layer of white chocolate and then sugar. These confetti symbolize prosperity, happiness and abundance, and they are given with wishes of good luck. The Italian custom even gives the number meaning. At a wedding it should be odd, a sign the bond cannot be separated, and preferably 5, standing for the virtues a good marriage needs: health, happiness, fertility, longevity and wealth.
