Dolfin chocolate from Belgium, in small squares
Dolfin gives you five Belgian chocolate items, and most come in small formats. Three of them are 9g pieces.
The 88% cacao dark chocolate bars are the bittersweet end of the line. The dark chocolate with bitter orange sits right beside them. For the sweeter side there’s milk chocolate with caramel, with crunchy caramel bits and sea salt crystals.
Then come two assortments. The milk chocolate neopolitans run through four flavors, from pure milk to hazelnut nougatine. The dark napolitains mix gets odder, with earl grey tea and pink peppercorns in the lineup.
None of it is big. That helps if you’d like to taste across the line before committing to more of one kind. The two assortments are the easiest way to do that, since each square or bar brings a different flavor. All of it ships only within the US, and there’s no minimum order.
