Klene licorice, sorted by salt level
Klene has two licorice items listed right now, both from Holland. What sets them apart is how salty they are, and the listings rate that on a scale of five.
The Salmiak Riksen licorice coins are shaped like old guilder coins and sit at salt level four. They’re golden-brown and sweet and salty at once, for a different kind of salty treat. The assorted Engelse licorice sit at salt level one. They’re soft and chewy, with a mix of salty and sweet pieces.
Level one is the milder place to start. Level four is for customers who already know they like it salty.
