Permskaya’s two Monomakh chocolates from Russia
Permskaya has two products, and both are Monomakh dark chocolates from Russia. What sets them apart is the liquor in the middle.
The Monomakh gold dark chocolate with liquor is a classic dark chocolate filled with creme liquor and sweet cream. The notes add a touch of sweet balm. Its wrapper is black and gold, which hints at the golden pleasure inside.
The Monomakh praline with amber orange liquor follows the same idea but uses orange creme liquor. Its wrapper is black and orange, which the notes say hints at the sweet treat inside. Wrapper color is the quickest way to tell the two apart on a shelf. Orders ship only within the US and there’s no minimum order.
