Polish chocolate mixes from Wedel
Wedel has three items listed, all chocolate from Poland. Two are assorted mixes of individually wrapped pieces. The third is fruit jelly in dark chocolate.
The Classic Assorted Polish Chocolate Mix holds eight different chocolates with fruit and nut flavors, plus caramel. You’ll spot Bajeczny, which means Fabulous in Polish. Pierrot is in there too. The Party Assorted mix covers similar ground. Each chocolate has its own name, such as Liryk or Dragon.
With so many intense flavors in the mix, everyone ends up with a favorite. That’s the description’s own line, and it fits how a mix works at a counter.
The Dark Chocolate covered Jelly Mix is a different thing. It’s fruit jelly in a rich dark chocolate coating. The flavors run orange and lemon plus pineapple and raspberry. The jellies are a little tart and not too sweet, which is why adults like them.
