Vending Operators
Quick answer
Yes, vending and micro-market operators use the same catalog and case system as everyone else. There’s no vending-specific category. Still, plenty of items come in single-serve sizes that fit a coil.
Vending runs on numbers. An empty machine on a Tuesday earns nothing. So restocking has to be dull and predictable.
We ship by the case. There are about 685 products here, from chocolate and hard candy to toffee & caramel. For a coil machine, toughness beats looks. Pieces have to survive the drop from a spiral and sit for weeks without going soft or sticky. If your locations are offices or gyms, sugar-free candy may sell better. Worth a look.
Micro-markets are different
A micro-market is the open-shelf kind with no vending mechanism. You get more room for variety and don’t worry about mechanical wear. That’s where gummies and other soft pieces fit. They’d fail in a coil machine but sell fine off a shelf.
- Tough hard candy and toffee for spiral and coil machines
- Individually wrapped pieces that fit single-vend slots
- Sugar-free choices for the right locations
- More variety for open-shelf micro-markets
Ordering and pricing
You can see list prices without an account. That makes margin math per unit easy before you buy. There’s no minimum order, and a route that restocks several machines will probably order plenty anyway. Once approved, a wholesale account gets account pricing. Running a bigger fleet? Use request a quote and talk volume first.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell candy packed just for vending?
No dedicated line. But lots of items are individually wrapped and small enough for a standard machine. The bag and bulk form pages show how the formats compare.
Does hard candy hold up in a spiral machine?
It’s the safer pick. Chocolate and softer pieces are touchier about heat, so those belong in machines at climate-controlled spots.
Do you offer standing restock orders?
Not automatic ones. There’s no subscription on the site right now, so each restock is a fresh order. Once approved, a wholesale account makes repeats smoother.
Is there a minimum for a vending route?
No. Any order size is fine. A route covering several machines tends to add up on its own.
How is payment handled on repeat orders?
You check out and pay by secure card. Every time.
Can you tell me where an item comes from?
Most product pages list the country of origin. If one doesn’t, send us the item and we’ll look.
Retail or wholesale. Accounts optional.
Two price lists, one catalog. Everyone gets our importer-direct retail price, already well below typical shelf prices, and you don’t need an account or a minimum order to buy. If you’re coming back often, it’s worth applying for a wholesale account, since approved accounts pay less per case and get order management on top. Bigger order, or a mix you can’t find in the catalog? Just ask us for a quote.
