Nineteen Italian pralines, mostly brown chocolate. A little white and gold sneaks in. Green appears here and there. All of it ships in bulk. Packs weigh about 1.25 to 2 lb and cases around 5 to 10 kg, which makes it easy to mix many fillings in one case order.
Crid’or from Crispo is the anchor. Milk Chocolate Pralines in Ricotta Pear and Coconut are first. Baba Cream and Coffee Cream follow, and a White Chocolate Cereal Cream Praline adds contrast. Vergani has Milk Chocolate Caramel Cream and Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cream, plus the Gran Torino Coffee & Milk Cream Pralines.
